Direct Mail
Direct Mail is the advertising medium that gets a bad rap as evidenced by its more commonly known name Junk Mail. I asked my letter carrier if they disliked all the “junk mail” they had to carry, and the answer was “not at all… job security”. When I create direct mail campaigns, I don’t settle for the accepted 2% response rate. My job security comes when we exceed expectations with higher-than-average response rates to our direct mail campaigns.
