Art Director — Storyteller

With a dream of adventure and success I arrived on the West Coast with my portfolio and the promise of a friend’s couch to sleep on. After a couple of days on the beach in La Jolla I cold called every ad agency and design studio in San Diego county until I had my first gig. Over the next 30 years I worked my way up in the local advertising community with many great successes and many great friendships along the way. I have held the titles of Production Artist, Graphic Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, and Marketing Director. My work has been recognized for creative excellence locally, nationally, and internationally.

Helping clients sell products by telling their story in a unique way is something I love to do. Every client and product has a story. Getting to know those stories and telling them in a way that delights users and delivers results is what I do best.
